Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

Order Handling Time: 1-3 Business days (Monday-Friday)

Transit Time: 8-14 Business days ( Monday-Friday)

Total delivery time: 10-15 business days (Estimated delivery time depends on customer locations)

Note: Some items are fulfilled by our international manufacturing partners. Orders may ship from outside the United States depending on stock availability.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

We ship within the USA and certain International countries.

Shipping Fee

We charge $4.99 USD as a shipping charge within the USA. We charge $5.99 USD as a shipping charge on certain International countries.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
